Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze operational requirements and translate them into lower-level requirements for avionics and electrical systems.
  • • Develop avionics and electrical architectures and contribute to component selection.
  • • Liaise with avionics manufacturers and create wiring diagrams for wiring harnesses and system integration.
  • • Manage avionics hardware configuration and prepare comprehensive test plans.
  • • Support hardware integration, testing and troubleshooting on aircraft, in the assembly line and flight line.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or equivalent in avionics, aeronautics or related subject
  • •Experience in design/engineering environment with avionics and electrical systems integration
  • •Awareness of aerospace standards (DO-160, DO-178, DO-254)
  • •Awareness of ARP4754
  • •Experience with avionics systems including autopilot, navigation, and communication systems
