Job Summary

Coordinate technical delivery for the VA Health Services Portfolio Technical Management and Strategic Solutioning Support (HTMS) program, directly supporting the Health Data Management (HDM) Integration Lead for multiple applications. Serve as a healthcare and informatics subject matter expert across Agile, data governance, and federal program operations. Evaluate intake requests, advise on purpose of use and governance, develop roadmaps and requirements, and deliver executive briefings. Report via VA PARS and Jira while aligning cross-functional stakeholders.

•Serve as a subject matter expert supporting healthcare, informatics, Agile, and policy domains for VA application delivery.
•Evaluate incoming demand and intake requests to validate scope, alignment, and readiness.
•Advise on data governance and purpose of use considerations, including treatment-related data governance impacts.
•Develop product roadmaps and documentation (requirements, process flows, technical impacts, decision outcomes) to support discovery and delivery.
•Manage cross-functional dependencies and stakeholder communications, and submit reporting through VA PARS and Jira.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations Research, or related fields with 5 years (or 10 years commensurate experience or 8 with applicable certifications).
•Public Trust eligibility / clearance required; ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance.
•Experience working with clinician-facing data and systems, including clinician access to aggregated clinical data (e.g., VA CCD/CCDA or JHIE-based systems) and handling CPRS outages using contingency tools (e.g., Clinical Viewer).
•Demonstrated understanding and application of Agile methodologies.
•Healthcare background with familiarity in clinical or operational workflows and electronic health record management (EHRM) systems.
