Job Function: Construction, Civil & Site Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development of projects across all stages (conceptual, basic, detailed design, construction and commissioning) for process & chemicals work.
  • •Coordinate with operations, maintenance, safety, environment and other multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with project scope and company standards.
  • •Review project scopes, manage construction contracts and control works and resources.
  • •Prepare and validate contract progress reports and PMI-aligned project controls.
  • •Assist in bid/tender processes, including technical bases, bid forms and contracts; manage payment statements and change orders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; professional university degree preferred.
  • •Extensive experience in engineering and construction projects in EPCM, EPC, detailed engineering, construction, commissioning and start-up within chemical, petrochemical, pulp & paper, mining or industrial sectors.
  • •Strong project development and contract management skills with multidisciplinary coordination capabilities.
  • •Experience using planning tools and SAP (user level) highly desirable.
  • •Proficient in English; willingness to work on-site at Refinery Biobio project site.
