Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the end-to-end process for notification, agreement, collection, and settlement of a portfolio of Cyber & PI claims.
  • •Provide first notification of loss and advocate cases through settlement conclusion for a range of claims matters.
  • •Negotiate and liaise with markets, clients, placement teams, specialists, network offices, underwriters, and appointed authorities (e.g., loss adjusters, lawyers).
  • •Conduct data analysis to build claims histories and identify trends and patterns for client or business segments.
  • •Engage with the Head of Professional Lines Advocacy on contentious claim strategy and use ECF daily to support client and market-facing advocacy.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years London Market claims experience handling Cyber and primarily Professional Indemnity (PI) claims.
  • •Detailed experience managing claims for national and international clients across different business sectors.
  • •Knowledge of Professional Indemnity Claims and confidence to coordinate and initiate discussions with networks, clients, underwriters, and experts.
  • •Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders and risk managers (advantage).
  • •Core skills in using the CLASS and ECF processing systems; proficient in Word and Excel.
