Job Function: Hospitality & Food Service

Key Responsibilities

•Report to Assistant Room Service Manager & Room Service Manager and perform duties as required by the outlet.
•Provide courteous, professional and efficient service at all times and uphold hotel policies and dress code.
•Be knowledgeable of all services and products offered by the hotel and have thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items.
•Upsell items and explain alternatives; ensure effective communication with Kitchen, Order Taker and service team.
•Maintain cleanliness, assist in opening/closing procedures, monitor supplies, and respond to guest inquiries promptly.

Key Requirements

•Be knowledgeable of all services and products offered by the hotel and have a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items offered by the department assigned.
•Ability to upsell items offered by the department and offer alternatives; operate the POS system as trained.
•Required reasonable command of local language and English.
•Report to duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and grooming standards, maintaining a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
•Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the place of work and surrounding area; perform opening and closing procedures as established.
