Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain the policy and procedure library for your assigned GSIS sub-domain, flagging gaps within the manager’s framework.
  • •Support GSIS metrics and reporting by pulling together operational health and status updates on a defined cadence.
  • •Execute assigned tasks for net-new capability build-outs, contributing to documentation and training materials under close direction.
  • •Serve as the first point of contact for lower-complexity stakeholder requests within your domain and route higher-complexity issues with context.
  • •Contribute to audit-ready documentation and support cross-functional GSIS projects by owning specific workstreams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 195,000 - 245,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
  • •Program management experience in or adjacent to the corporate/physical security domain.
  • •Working familiarity with at least one or two GSIS domains and willingness to build fluency in others.
  • •Experience developing policies, procedures, or documentation that held up under review.
  • •Ability to write clearly and document security concepts for specialist and non-specialist audiences.
