Retail Supervisor - Full Time (South Edmonton)

Lead daily store operations to deliver consistently high customer experience while driving sales, KPIs, and profitability. Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with recruitment, training, development, and succession planning for employees. Manage payroll control and service-driven scheduling, merchandise opportunities, and inventory/shrink goals. Ensure compliance with policies and maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant shopping environment, including non-traditional hours.
