APTM Yield Analysis/Device Engineer

Drive semiconductor packaging yield and defect improvement by extracting insights from large structured and unstructured datasets and applying statistical and machine learning methods. Develop recommendations and influence the yield improvement roadmap across technology development and high-volume manufacturing. Collaborate with process, integration, QNR, and product/test development teams, leveraging inline metrology and test/defect knowledge to report device health and determine actions to reach best-in-class yield levels.
