Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and operate ByteDance’s eDiscovery and data vault products.
  • •Build and operate the global security data environment for CIS and improve internal data management.
  • •Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to optimize secure internal data usage processes and tools.
  • •Manage and respond to cybersecurity incidents by identifying affected systems and outlining risks and exposures.
  • •Use data and metrics to measure security program effectiveness and coordinate responsible disclosure of vulnerabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience developing tools and systems to automate security processes.
  • •Experience managing and responding to cybersecurity incidents with a structured approach to breaches.
  • •Ability to work effectively with external security experts and hold open, productive technical discussions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; related certifications such as BSCP, OSCP, OSWE, OSCE.
  • •Experience with eDiscovery security management requirements and secure software development best practices.
