Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and evolve the data architecture vision, including architectural guardrails for scalable, secure, and cost-effective delivery.
  • •Evaluate emerging technologies and trends (AI, data platforms, cloud ecosystems) to shape future-state modernization and automation.
  • •Translate requirements into modular, reusable architectural components and guide engineering teams through design, build, and release phases.
  • •Act as SME for complex escalations, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making; ensure strong documentation and reusable design artifacts.
  • •Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams, mentor developers, and collaborate with data science and DevOps on AI/ML workloads and infrastructure automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •9–12 years of total experience in enterprise data architecture and platform engineering, with 3–4 years of leadership experience preferred.
  • •Extensive experience architecting and implementing large-scale data and machine learning architectures across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • •Hands-on experience building and maintaining integrated data platform architectures using Snowflake, AtScale, and dbt.
  • •Deep expertise in data engineering and data lake/lakehouse architectures, including MLOps frameworks, data modeling, and batch and real-time streaming.
