•Understand hiring needs and partner with business leaders and stakeholders to develop talent acquisition strategies across geographies.
•Develop efficient hiring processes and deliver a high-touch candidate experience while meeting hiring goals.
•Manage the full recruiting cycle including sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer closing, and onboarding.
•Collaborate across country and business unit leaders and local operation teams to apply relevant local best practices.
•Create SOPs and other best practices to improve processes and increase recruitment output.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•In-house or agency full-cycle recruiting experience.
•Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and communicate effectively with all levels.
•Ability to self-start, take initiative, and be result-oriented, resourceful, and intellectually curious.
•Fluency in both English and Mandarin to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
