Key Responsibilities

  • •Review service agreements and fulfillment based on monitoring information requested from service providers.
  • •Conduct application reviews against IT policies, Allianz/Group standards, and enterprise architecture governance models; report results to IT management.
  • •Manage change initiatives and complex projects as a link between business owners and Allianz Technology.
  • •Define and communicate delivery scope for core services, including functional/non-functional requirements and priorities aligned to business ownership.
  • •Shape and manage business demand for AI use cases, automation initiatives, and process improvements, balancing business value, risk, and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •3-5+ years of experience in IT solution architecture, IT product ownership, technology consulting, software engineering, or business analysis.
  • •Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, application lifecycle management, and technology governance.
  • •Experience with AI technologies (ML, LLMs, agentic AI) and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
  • •Knowledge of IT governance, information security and risk management, including regulatory frameworks such as DORA and the EU AI Act (or willingness to rapidly acquire expertise).
