Job Summary

Provide nursing care to a defined group of patients in accordance with the Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP) framework. Deliver direct and indirect patient care, administer medications, perform immunizations and phlebotomy, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Identifies outcomes with regard to patient care delivery and timely care.
•Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards, measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards; making or recommending necessary adjustments; following hospital and nursing division's philosophies and standards of care set by QCHP, and other governing agency regulations.
•Provides basic assessment skills to assess signs, symptoms, reactions, behaviors, or general appearance to determine normal versus abnormal characteristics.
•Delivers safe and appropriate patient care to a specific patient population using nursing process.
•Performs skin tests, immunizations, phlebotomy, and the initiation of peripheral venous access.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
•Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
•Minimum 1 year in GCC (preferred)
•Knowledge of QCHP Nursing/Midwifery Competency Framework and Scope of Practice
•ERP SAP functional skills are advantageous (ERP knowledge)
