Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure and masterplan development projects across the UAE across the full project lifecycle.
  • •Provide strategic direction on delivery strategies, execution plans, governance frameworks, performance objectives, and project controls.
  • •Oversee multidisciplinary teams across engineering, planning, commercial, project controls, and specialist disciplines; ensure coordination with clients, contractors, government authorities, and stakeholders.
  • •Own project financial and commercial performance including budgets, forecasting, resource planning, profitability, risk management, and management of variations/change controls/claims.
  • •Act as primary client interface and trusted advisor, leading executive-level engagement, steering committee representation, and proactive stakeholder communication.

Key Requirements

  • •20+ years of professional experience in engineering consultancy, infrastructure delivery, or major development programmes.
  • •Proven track record delivering large-scale infrastructure masterplans and land development projects in the UAE.
  • •Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams on complex projects.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline; master’s in a related field is desirable.
  • •Proven experience working with leading international engineering consultancies.
