Job Summary

Own and enhance governance trackers and management information, ensuring data integrity and timely escalation of control breaches. Coordinate responses for governance/control initiatives, analyzing themes and presenting clear conclusions, risks, and recommended actions. Support product control governance and reporting change initiatives, contribute to process improvements (including automation/AI where suitable), and track realized benefits. Partner across global and regional stakeholders to provide transparent status updates, ensure audit readiness, and drive timely closure of findings/actions.

Key Responsibilities

•Own, maintain, and enhance core governance trackers and MI, ensuring data integrity and timely escalation of breaches.
•Coordinate stakeholder responses for governance/control initiatives; challenge inputs, analyze themes, and present conclusions, risks, and recommended actions.
•Provide ad hoc support to change initiatives/projects affecting Product Control governance and reporting, including requirements input, UAT, and implementation readiness.
•Identify and deliver process improvements (including automation/AI where suitable) to reduce operational risk, improve control effectiveness, and shorten cycle times; track realized benefits.
•Partner with global and regional counterparts for transparent status updates, proactive communication of risks/issues/dependencies, and ensure adherence to control standards and timely closure of findings/actions.

Key Requirements

•Proven knowledge of risk and control frameworks and governance routines, able to identify, assess, and escalate issues with appropriate remediation.
•Strong analytical capability (quantitative and qualitative), including root-cause investigation and trend analysis, with clear synthesis for senior stakeholders.
•Excellent written and verbal communication, producing concise executive commentary and influencing stakeholders across locations.
•Sound judgement and structured problem-solving, balancing control discipline with pragmatic delivery.
•Product Control/Valuation Control experience (preferred), with knowledge of markets products and valuation concepts beneficial.
