Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and coach profitability and efficiency through total store operations support.
  • •Lead and execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Root cause inventory accuracy issues and escalate process or system gaps with the General Manager.
  • •Manage key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Directly oversee Operations Associates, including recruitment, development, performance evaluations, and constant feedback; execute store opening/closing per BOH standards.
