Job Summary

Support Netflix’s Manila Financial Reporting team by coordinating preparation of statutory financial statements and external reporting for entities across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. Assist with statistical survey submissions, audit support, and month-end close activities including journal entries under local GAAP/IFRS. Perform reconciliations and flux analysis, align accounting practices with cross-functional partners (finance, tax, legal), and help optimize accounting and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and support preparation of statutory financial statements under local GAAP/IFRS and other external reporting and compliance obligations for entities outside the United States.
•Assist with preparation and submission of statistical survey reports for Netflix entities outside the United States.
•Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
•Perform financial analysis and reconciliations, including monthly and quarterly flux analysis, to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
•Support month-end close activities, including posting journal entries in local GAAP books, and help align accounting practices across finance, tax, and legal.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant accounting experience, including experience in a public accounting firm and/or multinational environment.
•Degree in Finance/Accounting and a Chartered Accountant.
•Strong accounting background with comfort applying technical accounting guidance under IFRS.
•Experience preparing statutory filing documentation for international entities and supporting/managing statutory audits.
•Experience with a cloud-based ERP system (Workday Financials is a plus).
