•Conduct discovery conversations to understand client business goals, financial needs, credit profile, and growth opportunities.
•Serve as the primary point of contact and recommend solutions across loans, deposits, cash management, and other core banking products.
•Design and structure financial solutions aligned to client objectives, credit standards, portfolio quality expectations, and responsible banking practices.

Key Requirements

•NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, with ongoing compliance requirements including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record.
•Ensure compliance with the U.S. Bank Code of Ethics and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, including suspicious activity reporting, information security, and related policies and procedures.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, with typically 3 to 4 years of experience in relationship banking.
•Strong consultative selling, financial analysis, and relationship management skills.
•Working knowledge of applicable lending policies, credit structures, products/services, and regulatory requirements, plus the ability to complete required training and follow account opening procedures.
