Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the shared foundation and building blocks used by other software to act inside Firefox.
  • •Advance the open standard WebDriver BiDi and help define Firefox-only advantages beyond the standard.
  • •Design safety controls that let a person approve actions, see when software is acting, and take back control.
  • •Define strategy for major third-party AI assistants people already use.
  • •Serve internal teams and outside tools through one shared platform layer, measured by adoption and sustained reliability/security.
