Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure team success through servant/host leadership, removing impediments, leading rituals, and protecting the team from external interruptions.
  • •Facilitate team events so they remain positive, productive, and within time boxes.
  • •Proactively mitigate and remove impediments and dependencies.
  • •Support the Product Owner with team backlog management and coach the Product Owner on refining, articulating, and prioritizing the backlog.
  • •Improve flow of value by visualizing work, measuring and optimizing flow, establishing/optimizing processes, and tracking KPIs (e.g., burndown and velocity charts) while keeping Jira data up to date.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a Scrum Master across multiple development teams.
  • •Knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and XP.
  • •Experience using Agile management tools such as Jira, Miro, and Confluence.
  • •Knowledge of software development techniques.
  • •Strong communication skills with leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement mindset.
