Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver new account/new client/new money production and growth targets across deposit products and channels based on product/channel/client strategies, pricing, and execution models.
  • •Assist with strategies and execution plans to grow share of wallet in key client segments across digital, branch, and call center channels, including holistic outreach via direct mail, email, digital offers, and outbound calling.
  • •Support incentive design, production goals, financial plan, and forecasting across CSBB deposit products.
  • •Contribute analytics to support deposit portfolio management across balances, rate paid, and profitability, and help evaluate pricing test strategies and performance.
  • •Collect and synthesize competitive information and compile performance insights to support business reviews and internal communications.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
  • •2-4 years of experience in banking, finance, decision/data science, analytics, computer science, applied mathematics, or engineering with demonstrated results.
  • •Ability to solve complex issues considering technology, client, teammate, and financial impact.
  • •Exposure to Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and SAS or other data/analysis platforms.
