  • •Operate gel coat application equipment (e.g., spray guns, brushes, rollers) and maintain equipment cleanliness to prevent contamination.
  • •Inspect gel coat finishes for defects (runs, sags, pinholes) and make necessary adjustments or repairs while following safety protocols.
