Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance and upkeep of all terminal equipment/assets owned by HEFD and HEFT.
  • •Lead maintenance planning/scheduling and ensure PM execution per the approved annual PM plan in line with IMS requirements.
  • •Supervise HEFD maintenance team for safe, continuous operations and equipment reliability/availability; coordinate with technical and operations teams on projects.
  • •Monitor spare parts, supplies, and equipment inventories; initiate reordering and handle spares planning/procurement in coordination with stakeholders.
  • •Conduct maintenance-related inspections, EHS audits/risk assessments, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly maintenance reports with analysis and recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree or Higher Diploma, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in terminals, oil & gas, chemical, or refinery environments in a supervisory cadre.
  • •Strong organizational and leadership qualities.
  • •Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • •Good computer skills and capability in report generation.
