Provide guidance for complex, sensitive, or high-risk workplace matters, serving as the primary resource for consultation, escalation, and decision support. Oversee workflows and operational metrics, coach team members, and partner with HR Business Partners, Legal, and Compliance to deliver timely, fair, policy-aligned outcomes while driving continuous improvement.
