Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with preparing detailed drawings showing external and internal building appearance and structure.
  • •Collect, compile, and analyze site and design data (surveys, blueprints, GIS, subsurface utility information, maps, environmental and historical use data) for project development and construction.
  • •Perform professional architectural work including research and inspections of site conditions and resources to determine conformance with applicable rules, standards, and permits.
  • •Support modeling techniques, concept development, and design requirements to ensure safety, functionality, and future-ready solutions.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to help execute project work, establish reference points, select durable materials, calculate quantities/costs, and prepare technical reports and presentations.

Key Requirements
