Job Summary

Provide technical assistance for due diligence, planning, and design development for public and private building projects. Prepare and review detailed drawings, specifications, budgets, and construction documents, and generate accurate 2D/3D illustrations, renderings, and reports. Conduct research and site inspections to confirm compliance with rules, codes, permits, and standards, supporting sustainable and future-ready design decisions within cross-functional project teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist with preparing detailed drawings showing external and internal building appearance and structure.
•Collect, compile, and analyze site and design data (surveys, blueprints, GIS, subsurface utility information, maps, environmental and historical use data) for project development and construction.
•Perform professional architectural work including research and inspections of site conditions and resources to determine conformance with applicable rules, standards, and permits.
•Support modeling techniques, concept development, and design requirements to ensure safety, functionality, and future-ready solutions.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to help execute project work, establish reference points, select durable materials, calculate quantities/costs, and prepare technical reports and presentations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline.
•3 to 5 years of relevant post-education experience in architecture.
•Knowledge of architectural principles and how to apply them to project work issues.
•Experience with building planning, drawing standards, and construction management, including restorative and new design.
•Proficiency with discipline-specific design software such as MicroStation, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite.
