Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development and validation of comprehensive project estimates, including fees and direct work costs.
  • •Engage with vendors to review, validate, and challenge cost inputs and support bid interviews and recommendations.
  • •Establish cost reporting schedules, present cost reports/forecasts, and maintain a commercial risk register with review meetings.
  • •Assess payment applications, evaluate change order requests, and support dispute prevention and resolution for contractual/payment issues.
  • •Assist with end-to-end invoicing and support financial close activities, including post-contract audits and lessons-learned reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 98,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Recent graduate with less than two years of industry experience.
  • •Bachelors and/or Masters Degree.
  • •Preferred degrees in Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, Project Management, or General Business.
  • •Ability to support development of comprehensive project estimates and validate cost inputs.
  • •Ability to support cost reporting, forecasting, and related commercial risk management.
