Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and execute semiconductor tool installation activities supporting factory construction and manufacturing ramp milestones.
  • •Collaborate with factory owners, suppliers, contractors, and engineering teams to ensure equipment, materials, and resources are available.
  • •Lead planning and coordination across multiple stakeholders; develop and maintain installation plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • •Monitor equipment readiness, procurement status, funding approvals, and project milestones; resolve constraints and escalate risks to maintain schedules.
  • •Support lithography tool installation, relocation, startup, and qualification, and integrate lithography equipment into manufacturing operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or a related technical field with 3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, equipment installation, construction management, project management, capital projects, or factory ramp operations.
  • •Experience in factory startup, qualification, or manufacturing ramp activities.
  • •Professional Project Manager (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent project management certification.
  • •Strong project planning, coordination, and execution skills focused on delivering results.
