Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on infrastructure planning to balance current needs with future growth while ensuring scalability and cost-effectiveness.
  • •Promote a data-driven approach to infrastructure decisions and influence stakeholders across engineering and support using data science insights for high-impact strategies.
  • •Develop and implement data-driven solutions to identify, predict, and mitigate infrastructure risks and failures, reducing downtime and improving reliability and performance.
  • •Lead analyses to improve resource utilization efficiency, identifying inefficiencies and driving cost savings and performance optimization.
  • •Mentor and manage a team of data scientists, inculcating best practices and fostering a collaborative environment for innovative, scalable infrastructure solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of infrastructure data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics experience in high-velocity, high-growth environments
  • •5+ years of management experience hiring and developing teams
  • •Experience developing data science, analytics, and ML/AI products in a cloud environment
  • •Strong knowledge of statistics and rigorous analytical techniques
  • •Experience with data visualization tools, data engineering, data modeling, and big data technologies
