Key Responsibilities

  • •Own complex, high-stakes journeys end to end across account, assets, compliance, or support, from problem definition to shipped execution.
  • •Design AI-powered customer assistant and support flows, as well as AI-native internal tools that support teams.
  • •Partner with product, engineering, legal, compliance, and risk to define problems and design solutions balancing regulatory/security needs with UX.
  • •Create design artifacts including user flows, journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes supported by research.
  • •Use AI to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and decision-making, and raise design quality through reviews, critique, and workshops.
