Key Responsibilities

•Respond to customer requests via telephone, fax, and mail, and provide timely updates based on customer needs.
•Manage accounts across order processing, order follow-up, pricing integrity, on-time delivery, and complete order fulfillment.
•Coordinate with sales, other departments, and production to support delivery of goods and services.
•Handle customer complaints using company procedures and propose corrective actions to drive service improvements.
•Provide responsive order management support, including order entry, expediting, shipment information, and processing credit memos/refunds within policy.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree required.
•Strong communication skills and the ability to respond to customer needs and requests promptly.
•Problem-solving skills to analyze issues, set priorities, and propose options or corrective actions.
•Advanced English reading and basic speaking.
•Knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and Google applications (especially Google Sheets).
