•Lead working sessions with Sales and Revenue Operations to map processes, policies, and friction across lead management, pipeline, forecasting, CPQ, and order fulfillment
•Translate business needs into designs, build prototypes quickly, and collaborate with developers to scale them into production
•Apply AI platforms to automate rote tasks and increase selling time, measuring impact on time saved, cycle time, and adoption
•Administer and improve the RevOps tech stack, setting standards for automation and data management
•Champion a builder culture by pushing for AI-centric, scalable solutions beyond today’s SaaS stack

•10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations with strong technical GTM stack ownership or strategic systems integration consulting for enterprise B2B high-tech companies
•Hands-on administration and configuration of GTM tech stacks including Salesforce, Gong, Clay, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
•Direct experience using AI platforms (e.g., Claude, OpenAI, Gemini) to automate tasks with measurable productivity gains
•Strong data management and analytics grounding (BI, data governance, dashboards)
•A builder mindset with ability to turn whiteboard ideas into prototypes and production systems
