Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee passenger and aircraft handling operations on a shift basis, ensuring adherence to arrival/departure checklists, brand requirements, company policies/procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Manage safety and security outcomes on a shift basis through hazard identification, safety and compliance monitoring, and reporting.
  • •Ensure flight editing and special guest requirements are met, including assessment, planning, and coordination for VIP/MAAS, PRM, and special category guests.
  • •Coordinate with Guest Control, Network Control, and SOC to manage operational disruption recovery and reduce impact to guest service and operational integrity.
  • •Deliver, maintain, and rehearse the station emergency response plan, including disruption planning and diversion/delay handling and business continuity plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree level education desirable (A-level or baccalaureate equivalent) or relevant industry experience.
  • •5-7 years’ experience within service, hospitality, airline, or retail, with relevant knowledge of aviation/travel and/or airport policies.
  • •Previous exposure to a highly pressured, multicultural environment in a supervisory role within a shift environment.
  • •Mature personality with outstanding communication skills and supervisory skills.
  • •Ability to coordinate teams and service providers on shift while balancing guest focus with corporate interests and maintaining safety and security standards.
