Key Responsibilities

  • •Liaise with businesses, banks, cash services, and internal stakeholders to manage banking operations and ensure timely delivery with quality.
  • •Monitor cash pooling, country-specific banking requirements, cash funding, and Direct Debit processes; ensure foreign transactions and hedges are properly recorded.
  • •Resolve queries/transactions timely to prevent GL aging; ensure banking reconciliations are delivered on time and accurately, with no unexplained items.
  • •Execute month-end closing activities, initiate/review GL entries, and manage integrity of transactions; initiate process standardization and simplification.
  • •Support bank implementations and UAT/testing with Treasury and IT teams; participate in external and internal audits and process improvement reviews and projects.

Key Requirements

  • •CA/ICWA (or CA Inter/ICWA Inter) or MBA Finance plus a bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting.
  • •8+ years of experience for CA/ICWA or 10–12+ years’ experience for Finance/Accounts (graduate).
  • •Hands-on experience with SAP GL and banking processes, including AR and AP.
  • •Experience with multi-bank or multi-bank account reconciliations, analysis, and investigation to resolve aged items.
  • •Large multinational environment experience with strong communication, technical, and analytical skills.
