Lead the global reverse logistics function within On’s Supply Chain. Architect and optimize the end-to-end return flows across Direct-to-Consumer, Retail, and B2B channels; standardize processes with global SOPs; drive multi-regional implementations with diverse stakeholders; manage cross-functional programs and circular economy initiatives; report progress to executive leadership and continuously improve the reverse logistics ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the design, overarching strategy, and continuous enhancement of global reverse logistics operational flows across all channels.
•Formulate and mandate global operational standards to ensure efficient and consistent return processes across 3PL partners.
•Architect, prioritize, and drive comprehensive implementation roadmaps and the creation of global SOPs with multi-regional alignment.
•Lead communication and partnership frameworks with high-level internal and external stakeholders; define project scopes and align steering committees on strategic solutions.
•Direct and execute high-scale, cross-functional implementations and circular economy initiatives with rigorous tracking metrics and detailed program roadmaps for executive reporting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain & Operations Management (Master's degree preferred)
•8–10+ years of progressive experience in global supply chain processes, reverse logistics, and post-consumer product lifecycles
•proven leadership in operational process design and multi-million dollar initiatives
•extensive experience in strategic 3PL management, vendor selection, onboarding, and governance
•excellent communication, negotiation, and advisory skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams across regions
