Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Lead cost management and quantity surveying for a large, multi-phase data center campus development in the North Fort Worth area. Own cost estimating and final cost plan production, reconcile change orders, and coordinate cost information with design services, the general contractor, and the owner. Produce monthly cost reports, support value engineering/contingency and change control processes, and apply commercial judgment through pricing review and negotiations—while working with minimal supervision.
