Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and autonomously manage all operational services of the production site, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • •Define and implement the manufacturing strategy within the site, achieving production targets in terms of cost, deadlines and volume while upholding quality and safety standards.
  • •Lead and develop the site management team (EDS), oversee recruitment, skill development, and equipment investments to support growth.
  • •Foster a constructive social climate through regular, structured communications with staff and representational bodies, applying empowering management practices.
  • •Monitor key performance indicators to improve profitability and productivity and drive continuous improvement and sustainable resource use.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree or equivalent in engineering or an engineering-related field
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in an industrial/production leadership role
  • •Experience managing a production site or business unit in a manufacturing environment (artisanale or industrial)
  • •Strong leadership and people-management skills with ability to federate and develop teams
  • •Commitment to quality, safety, continuous improvement, and responsible resource use
