Job Summary

Provide practical support to maintain and continuously improve the UK&I Safety Management System (SMS) as the primary focus, while supporting relevant BMS interfaces to enable SMS content, evidence and adoption. Responsible for SMS governance, BMS inputs, and ensuring changes remain controlled and aligned with wider UK&I governance.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain SMS governance and documentation (Master/Change Registers) with auditable approval trails
•Coordinate reviews with process owners/SMEs; track actions to closure and retain decision records
•Administer the OFI system to validate, allocate and track closure evidence
•Manage SharePoint IA, publishing hygiene and link integrity for SMS/BMS content
•Support non-project change management, including comms/training artefacts and ensuring changes are properly recorded

Key Requirements

•Must have experience supporting safety management systems (SMS) and BMS interfaces
•Ability to maintain and audit controlled documents (Master/Change Registers) with evidence of review/approval
•Experience coordinating inputs with process owners and SMEs, tracking actions to closure
•Skilled in administering OFI (continual improvement) processes and evidence tracking
•Proficient in SharePoint IA, publishing hygiene, and link integrity to support SMS/BMS usability
