Job Summary

Provide excellent customer service as a lead CSR/Teller, handling complex customer interactions with independent judgment. Follow risk and confidentiality policies while delivering a strong customer experience. Partner with the Financial Center Manager on cash counts, FCA requests, office operations, balancing records, and policy updates, and support the training of newly hired Customer Service Representatives. Key Responsibilities

•Provide excellent customer service in all interactions, including complex CSR duties and consultative referrals to business partners.
•Deepen customer relationships by listening to needs, asking questions, and guiding customers to appropriate financial solutions.
•Follow and support risk, confidentiality, and ethics policies to maintain a positive customer experience.
•Collaborate with the Financial Center Manager on monthly cash counts, FCA requests, office operations, balancing records, and policy updates.
•Assist in training newly hired Customer Service Representatives and act as a leader/resource for customers and the platform team.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED.
•Extensive cash handling experience.
•In-depth knowledge of retail policies and procedures to perform duties with minimal supervision.
•Comfortable, confident interaction with the public and adherence to dress code guidelines.
•Ability to take initiative, demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making and problem resolution.
