Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the multi-year technical strategy for identity, authentication, authorization, and privileged access.
  • •Design and build complex identity systems from greenfield, including instrumentation and production ownership.
  • •Lead cross-functional architecture and execution to right-size access at scale across identity, authentication, permissions/authorization, entitlement modeling, and access controls.
  • •Extend identity models to non-human and agentic identities so AI agents are authenticated, scoped, and auditable.
  • •Serve as the technical authority for identity and access architecture and guide major design reviews, investment decisions, and long-term roadmaps.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years building and operating production software with impact across multiple teams or technical domains.
