Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a caseload of participants, providing tailored coaching and support throughout their employment journey.
  • •Complete holistic needs assessments and create personalised action plans aligned to participants’ goals and circumstances.
  • •Identify barriers to employment and connect participants with appropriate health, wellbeing, training, community, and specialist support services.
  • •Deliver one-to-one employability coaching including CV support, job searching, interview preparation, and confidence-building activities.
  • •Build relationships with local employers to identify inclusive employment opportunities and support participants into suitable roles.

Salary: GBP 31,000 - 32,000 annually

  • •Experience coaching, motivating, or supporting individuals to achieve positive outcomes.
  • •Understanding the challenges faced by people with disabilities, long-term health conditions, or mental health conditions when seeking employment.
  • •Ability to build trust quickly and develop effective relationships with participants, employers, colleagues, and external partners.
  • •Strong communication skills, highly organised, able to manage a varied caseload and prioritise effectively while working independently when needed.
  • •Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle.
