•Conduct job interviews and onboard new team members

•Identify opportunities to make workflows smarter, faster or more enjoyable
•Consult with the Horeca Manager on numbers, results and future direction

Salary: EUR 3,045 - 3,786 monthly

Key Requirements

•A completed mbo level 4 qualification (preferably hospitality)
•Minimum 3 years horeca experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role

•Capability to lead and coach a team, and to keep guests central to service
