Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult with the Horeca Manager on numbers, results and future direction

Key Requirements

  • •A completed mbo level 4 qualification (preferably hospitality)
  • •Minimum 3 years horeca experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role

  • •Capability to lead and coach a team, and to keep guests central to service
