Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day engineering execution for a team building Agentic Product capabilities, coordinating delivery and dependencies to maintain a predictable shipping cadence across surfaces.
  • •Grow and develop engineers through coaching, goal-setting, and hands-on technical engagement.
  • •Partner with Agentic Product Management to translate product strategy into well-scoped engineering plans and surface technical constraints early.
  • •Contribute to design and delivery of agent capabilities for in-app creative workflows, multi-step task execution, and context-aware assistance across Adobe surfaces.
  • •Collaborate with platform and infrastructure teams to implement appropriate evals, guardrails, data protection, and reliability for agent features at Adobe scale.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,200 - 320,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Track record leading engineering teams to ship complex, high-quality user-facing AI products with strong execution discipline.
  • •Experience with AI/ML product engineering, including working knowledge of LLM APIs, agent frameworks, and generative model capabilities/limitations in creative contexts.
  • •Hands-on technical depth to engage in architecture decisions, review code/designs, and recognize good vs brittle agent behavior at the implementation level.
  • •Strong product sensibility and the ability to evaluate agent behavior quality alongside PM and design.
  • •Experience supporting quality, reliability, and trust requirements for shipping AI features to large consumer and enterprise audiences.
