Key Responsibilities

•Work with the assigned branch office to stay aware of home loan products.
•Handle and follow up on referrals from the branch office and develop referral contacts (realtors, builders, and personal/professional contacts).
•Interview borrowers, collect applications and documentation, and analyze financial data to determine creditworthiness.
•Use daily rates, credit reports, and DU responses to process information and transmit it to the processor.
•Maintain customer service, attend lending meetings, and complete BSA/AML and other required compliance training.

Key Requirements

•Equivalent to a four-year college degree plus 4 years of related experience and/or training, with 2 years of related management experience (or equivalent combination).
•Broad knowledge of accounting, marketing, business administration, and finance.
•Ability to read, analyze, and understand business/professional materials and speak effectively with customers or employees.
•Ability to calculate financial figures (e.g., interest, commissions, proportions/percentages) and apply ratios to practical situations.
•Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization and interpret instructions in written, oral, or diagram formats.
