Own the development and release of new product BOMs for complex modules, partnering with stakeholders to implement manufacturing, test, and sourcing strategies. Lead OMS development and validation, run 3D solid model virtual analysis (including MLO and DMU), and support design reviews with DFA/DFT/ITO guidance to improve cost, quality, and cycle time. Drive engineering change control, document RCA for issues, lead LTCA dispositions, and provide technical support and training for manufacturing resources and suppliers.

•Develop knowledge of the NPME role and independently develop, implement, and release new product BOMs for complex modules.
•Work with stakeholders to define and implement manufacturing, test, and sourcing strategies for new products.
•Lead development and validation of Operation Method Sheets (OMS) and execute 3D solid model virtual analysis (MLO and DMU).
•Lead change requests and change control processes (NSRs, ECOs, CCB, SPSs, ESWs), including long-term corrective action dispositions.
•Provide technical support and training to Applied and contract manufacturing resources and create documentation for field technicians.

Salary: USD 96,000 - 132,000 annually

•Demonstrated knowledge of NPME/functional discipline with familiarity of tools such as SAP, NX, and TeamCenter (Core+ helpful).
