Discipline Lead, Project Management

Lead and manage PMs and DMs in Malaysia to ensure high-quality global project delivery aligned with AECOM PM/DM standards. Drive utilization, quality, commercial performance, and operational efficiency, including resource planning, recruitment, and succession. Provide PMDM governance and project controls expertise, lead audits for high-risk proposals, and ensure HSE/QA/QC compliance. Serve as Project Director on complex projects and lead client engagement and major bids.
