Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development and optimization of production schedules to maximize productivity and meet customer delivery timelines.
  • •Ensure quality control programs and production documentation/checklists are completed accurately, including CIP checklists and monitoring sheets.
  • •Manage shift schedules and manpower coverage for 24/7 plant operations, including workstation assignments, rotations, breaks, overtime, and absences.
  • •Maintain and enforce environmental, health, and safety standards and lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean and problem-solving methodologies.
