Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement comprehensive long-term portfolio plans aligned to business objectives and future market growth.
  • •Proactively adjust the portfolio based on market trends and performance insights, including defining strategies for portfolio tail end.
  • •Secure brand lifecycle management for key strategic products in critical disease areas in collaboration with the commercial team.
  • •Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute critical, portfolio-related projects that drive strategic objectives.
  • •Track portfolio product performance versus KPIs and provide regular insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in medicine, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA/advanced degree preferred).
  • •Minimum 4 years in strategic pharma portfolio management or related strategic roles driving portfolio growth.
  • •Profound understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics, emerging disease/therapy trends, and strategic foresight.
