Job Summary

Build and scale a creator/influencer program for Stonehenge Health and Hi-Altitude’s growing portfolio. Own creator partnerships end-to-end—sourcing, onboarding, briefing, activation, and optimization—while creating an always-on pipeline of creator and UGC content. Secure content usage rights, manage gifting and ambassador initiatives, ensure FTC/claims compliance, and collaborate across Creative, Social, Paid Media, and Lifecycle teams to drive measurable growth using CPA and key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

•Source, evaluate, negotiate, and build creator partnerships across tiers from nano to macro.
•Create influencer briefs and manage campaign timelines and deliverables while maintaining strong day-to-day creator relationships.
•Build an always-on UGC/creator pipeline to fuel organic social, paid media, and lifecycle channels.
•Secure usage rights and coordinate whitelisting and Spark Ads handoffs while ensuring FTC disclosure and claims compliance and tracking performance via CPA.
•Collaborate across Organic Social, Paid Media, Lifecycle, and Brand teams to maximize creator content impact across channels.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4-6+ years running influencer or creator programs for a consumer brand, ideally in health, wellness, beauty, or CPG.
•Experience building and scaling a creator program from sourcing through contracting, briefing, and reporting (not just agency management).
•Hands-on negotiation experience across rates, deliverables, exclusivity, and usage rights, with comfort managing budgets and contracts.
•Deep fluency with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube creator ecosystems, including KPIs and what drives performance on each platform.
•Hands-on creative ideation and execution from concept through launch, plus ability to use campaign data to make clear CPA-based recommendations.
