Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the DC network by identifying, escalating, and maintaining production system settings through auditing and research.
  • •Use WMS systems and logistics operational process knowledge to resolve logistics incidents involving integrations between systems.
  • •Perform SQL scripting and data collection requests, and support analysis for logistics business opportunities and reporting solutions.
  • •Conduct regular system user audits to ensure internal/external compliance and accuracy, and monitor DC system performance with improvement recommendations.
  • •Partner with IT WMS support, engineers, reporting specialists, and operations management to implement effective reporting tools and document/escalate new requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of technical and operational experience supporting WMS systems with hands-on troubleshooting.
  • •Working knowledge of DC operational practices and procedures and a strong understanding of supply chain and WMS concepts.
  • •Experience with SQL (Oracle & MySQL), including PL/SQL preferred, plus SQL with JDA/BY table structures.
  • •Ability to use tools such as Jira and Confluence, and administer systems like Windows Server 2019 or later and RHEL6 or later.
  • •Experience working with DC operations and capacity to build effective relationships with personnel at all levels.
