Key Responsibilities

•Lead an established team on projects involving construction materials inspection, testing and laboratory testing; oversee QA/QC and ensure deliverables meet technical standards
•Direct staff recruitment, staffing assignments, and project staffing to meet client and business objectives
•Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring technical quality of deliverables and timely completion
•Support financial, project management, backlog and utilization reporting requirements
•Serve as primary interface with client representatives and maintain strong client relationships

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Geology or Business (preferred) with measurable experience managing teams, projects and client development
•7-10+ years of industry experience with leading teams, managing projects and knowledge of laboratory tests, field testing and special inspections
•Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task
•Positive experience dealing directly with client representatives
•Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships as well as experience in proposal preparation
